At Cleo & Ford, we want you to feel confident with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from stains, perfume or deodorant marks
To request a return, please email support@cleoandford.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order while your preferred option is still available.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cleoandford.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
