Return Policy – Cleo & Ford

At Cleo & Ford, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions outlined below.


General Return Terms

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.


Return Eligibility

You may return your item if it meets the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The item is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached

  • The product shows no signs of damage, alteration, or improper care

  • The original order number and return reason are clearly provided

Items purchased as part of a promotion, bundle, or final sale may have different return conditions, which are stated clearly at the time of purchase.

Cleo & Ford reserves the right to inspect all returned items and decline any return that does not meet the above criteria.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@cleoandford.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • A photo of the item (required if the product is damaged or visibly defective)

  • A photo of you wearing the item (required if the return is due to sizing)

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Important Conditions

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Cleo & Ford is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged.


Right of Withdrawal (Non-Commercial Customers)

Non-commercial consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods.
The withdrawal can only be finalized once the returned goods have been received and approved in original condition.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
