SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
We ship across all Canadian provinces and territories. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–8 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All our orders ship within Canada or from international suppliers to Canada. Orders from international suppliers may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

To minimise this risk, we work with suppliers that ship directly from Canadian warehouses where possible.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@cleoandford.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Cleo & Ford is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
